Site at Moulton Park, Northampton
CC Town Planning have been successful in obtaining planning permission for a trade counter and open storage use in Northampton. Hevey Building Supplies Ltd, Northampton’s youngest, yet largest independent builders merchant, had been seeking a new larger main premises for their Builders Merchants operation. Given that a key part of their business requires a trade counter and open storage, it was important that these elements were included as part of the whole project.
CC Town Planning liaised with the client to understand precisely their needs and then prepared all supporting information for the detailed application. Through proactive dialogue with the case officer, we ensured that the conditions were acceptable to the client and as such, they acquired the site soon after permission was granted with site work already being carried out in readiness of the move onto the site.
