CC Town Planning secured detailed planning permission in December 2015 for 64 apartments within this prominent town centre site on behalf of our client Derngate Lofts Limited.

CC Town Planning is retained by its client Stellco Developments Ltd in relation to a site in the centre of Buckingham constrained by the Conservation Area, nearby dwellings and a Woodland Tree Preservation Order.
Marsh Spinney, Moulton, Northampton
Working on behalf of our clients, UK Strategic Land and Roundhill Northampton Limited, CC Town Planning have secured outline planning permission, for up to 85 dwellings and a new healthcare facility at Marsh Spinney within the Northamptonshire village of Moulton.
Main Road, Middleton Cheney
CC Town Planning were appointed by a national housebuilder to secure planning permission for 2 dwellings which the Council alleged had not been constructed in accordance with the planning permission for the site and as a result of this the dwellings were causing harm to an adjacent dwelling through overlooking.
Office to Residential Conversions
Following changes made to the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order which came into effect in May 2013, we have been appointed by several clients to advise them how they can benefit from the new Class J (now Class O) provision which allows offices (Class B1a) to be converted into residential properties (Class C3).
EBC Brakes, Pineham, Northampton
On behalf of our client St Clair Land and Development and working with APC Architects and Budworth Hardcastle, we secured planning consent for two new business premises at the Pineham Industrial Estate in Northampton.

CC Town Planning has secured planning permission for the change of use of the former Siemens Electrical site from B1 (Office) use to B2 (General Industrial) use to accommodate Crosby Composites.

CC Town Planning secured permission on behalf of our client Bellway Homes Northern Home Counties for the development of 45 houses on land at Stoke Hammond, Buckinghamshire.
Boost Trampoline Venue
Boost opened its first trampoline centre in Northampton after a successful planning application by CC Town Planning Ltd.
24 Hour Gym
CC Town Planning have been successful in obtaining planning permission for a 24 hour gym in north Milton Keynes. Under a two-staged process, we first obtained planning permission for a large gym facility within a local centre building for a new urban extension on the city.
Dental Practice
Given the requirement of the client to open a new extensive dental practice away from their base in Aylesbury, CC Town Planning were engaged to firstly review the chances of obtaining planning permission.
Approval success at Lavendon, Bucks

Neighbourhood Planning

Site at Moulton Park, Northampton
CC Town Planning have been successful in obtaining planning permission for a trade counter and open storage use in Northampton. Hevey Building Supplies Ltd, Northampton’s youngest, yet largest independent builders merchant, had been seeking a new larger main premises for their Builders Merchants operation.

CC Town Planning, working closely with APC Architects, have secured permission to convert an agricultural building into a contemporary dwelling benefitting from a dramatic outlook over Pitsford Reservoir.
Richardson Mews
CC Town Planning have secured planning permission and listed building consent on appeal to the Secretary of State for an extension to a curtilage listed outbuilding within the Richardson Mews Care Home in Kingsthorpe, Northampton. The main listed building was built in 1882 on the site of the Hospital of St David.
Temporary school in central Northampton
CC Town Planning have secured planning permission on behalf of Northamptonshire County Council for a 3 storey temporary building which will provide teaching facilities for some 400 pupils until the Northampton International Academy on Barrack Road is completed in September 2018.
