Planning permission at appeal granted
CC Town Planning have been successful in obtaining planning permission at appeal for A3 Uses on a site in Hertfordshire.

The site, which comprised some 450sq.m, benefitted from A1 and B1 Uses and 24 private flats above, was refused planning permission on the basis of its location and perceived lack of parking by the Council. CC Town Planning successfully argued that the site was in a sustainable location and the Council were wrong to refuse the scheme in the first place, notwithstanding the fact the site only benefited from 15 allocated parking spaces and their own guidance required circa 80 spaces.
