CC Town Planning have secured planning permission on appeal to the Secretary of State to convert an existing garage which forms part of a HMO, into a single self contained flat.

The appeal focused on highway and parking considerations and we were well supported by expert highway evidence from Acstro Transport Planning.  This is one of several HMO related appeals that we have been successful in winning over recent months, most of which have focused on parking issues and demonstrating compliance with local and national parking policies that support a reduction in parking provision in sustainable locations.
