Marsh Spinney, Moulton, Northampton
Working on behalf of our clients, UK Strategic Land and Roundhill Northampton Limited, CC Town Planning have secured outline planning permission, for up to 85 dwellings and a new healthcare facility at Marsh Spinney within the Northamptonshire village of Moulton.
The application was a challenging and highly technical one, involving a robust analysis of the District Council’s 5 year housing land supply, as well as highlighting the need for a new healthcare facility to accommodate the future growth proposed in the area.
Following extensive dialogue with the Parish Council, NHS, local GP’s and the Council’s planning department, we were able to secure a positive recommendation from the case officer and the unanimous support of the planning committee
Subsequent to this we have been retained to assist the developer with the disposal of the site.
