Working closely with the client and their appointed contractor, CC Town Planning has secured listed building consent through proactive discussion and negotiation with the City of London for wide ranging alterations to a prominent listed building on the Victoria Embankment within the Whitefriars Conservation Area in the city.
Through securing the LBC, CC Town Planning have now enabled the repurposed floorspace to be brought back into full occupation by mid 2024 with works set to commence immediately.
